We used an SBA 7(a) loan to finance the acquisition, working closely with the seller to preserve the culture, staff, and operational strengths of the company. Rather than overhaul what worked, we built on its legacy — investing in its people, systems, and growth plan alongside our partners.
As part of that growth strategy, we expanded Tasty Table beyond catering with the launch of The Table: Kitchen + Market — a storefront and intimate event space designed for seasonal cooking, curated experiences, and meaningful gathering. Created as an extension of the brand, The Table brings our culinary philosophy to life in a more personal, community-centered way.
From private dinners and showers to pop-ups and market offerings, it serves as both a creative outlet and a strategic investment in the company’s long-term growth — deepening client relationships while opening new, recurring revenue streams.
